Where do you deliver in the UAE? +
We deliver to all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — through a courier that handles every parcel as a standard shipment.
How long does delivery take? +
Dubai orders usually arrive in 1–3 working days, the rest of the UAE in 2–5 working days. We confirm your address on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Can I pay cash on delivery? +
Yes. Every order is cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you. We do not ask for card details at any point.
How discreet is the packaging? +
Plain, unmarked box with no product names, no brand names and no images. The waybill shows only the courier and delivery address.
Do you deliver to a hotel or a shared building? +
Yes. Put the building or hotel name and room number in the address field, and keep your phone on — the courier calls before arriving.
What can I return? +
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened intimate products unless the item arrived faulty.
How do I clean and store my product? +
Warm water and a pH-neutral toy cleaner, then air dry before storage. Keep silicone items away from silicone-based lubricants — use the water-based one instead.
Is my order confidential? +
Orders are sent to our Telegram order desk and to the courier only. We do not run advertising pixels on the checkout, and nothing in the parcel identifies what you bought.
