A small catalogue, run deliberately.

VELA sells adult products to customers in the United Arab Emirates, across ten categories. The catalogue is deliberately kept short: every product on the site is held in stock, and anything that sells out is taken down rather than left up to be ordered and refunded later.

How ordering works

There is no account to create, no card details to enter and no online payment step. You put what you want in the cart, give us an address and a phone number, and we message you on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery window before anything leaves.

Payment happens at the door: the courier hands you the parcel and you pay in cash. Delivery is 1–3 working days in Dubai and 2–5 working days across the other six emirates. Free over AED 200, otherwise a flat AED 25.

What arrives

A plain outer box. No product names, no brand name, no imagery, and a waybill that shows only the courier and your address. The courier does not announce the contents. If you live in a shared building, add the reception or security desk to the checkout notes and the parcel will be handed over there instead.

What we will not do

We do not publish reviews we wrote ourselves, we do not run permanent "sales" with invented original prices, and we do not print a specification the supplier never gave us. Where a size or a weight is missing from a product page, it is because it was missing from the stock sheet — an honest gap is better than an invented number.

Those three things are common in this category. They are also the reason people ask us whether the box will really be unmarked.

Materials

Everything we stock is made from medical-grade silicone, TPE, ABS or metal. We recommend water-based lubricant across the whole catalogue because it is the only lubricant that is safe with all four.

Where we are
