Why this category runs on cash on delivery

Two reasons. The obvious one is that nothing appears on a card statement — no descriptor, no bank app notification, no trace anyone else can read.

The second is trust. Nobody wants to pay a website in advance for something they have not held, from a store they have not used before. Paying the courier removes that risk entirely.

What happens after you order

You add items to the cart and enter the delivery address and phone number. There is no online payment step and no account to create.

Before the parcel leaves, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm the address and the delivery window. If anything looks wrong — a missing flat number, a building with a security desk — that is the moment it gets fixed.

Then the courier calls ahead, hands you a plain box, and you pay in cash. That is the whole process.

These are working-day estimates, not courier guarantees:

• Dubai — 1–3 working days
• Abu Dhabi — 2–4 working days
• Sharjah — 2–4 working days
• Ajman — 2–4 working days
• Ras Al Khaimah — 2–5 working days
• Fujairah — 2–5 working days
• Umm Al Quwain — 2–5 working days

What the parcel looks like

A plain outer box. No product names, no brand name, no images, and nothing written on it that suggests what is inside. The waybill carries the courier's branding and your address — nothing else.

The courier does not announce what they are delivering. If you live in a shared building, put the reception or security desk in the checkout notes and the parcel will be handed over there instead.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. A faulty device is replaced or refunded in full, delivery included — contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

For hygiene reasons, opened intimate items cannot be resold, so please check the item on arrival if you are unsure.
