What actually arrives at your door, in detail

The box

A plain outer box. No product name, no brand name, no logo, no imagery, and no category wording anywhere on it. It looks like a parcel from a courier company, because that is exactly what it is.

Inside, the product is in its original retail packaging — which is the only place any product information appears, and only once the outer box is open.

The waybill

The waybill carries the courier's branding, your name, your address and your phone number. Nothing else. There is no description field filled in with what is inside, and no sender name that would give it away.

If you are sending it to a workplace or a shared building, that is the document anyone handling it will see.

The courier

The courier calls to arrange a time, then hands you the box and takes payment in cash. They are not told what is in the parcel and they do not ask.

In practice the conversation is about your building and whether you are home. That is it.

What is not in the box

• No invoice describing the contents — the order total is confirmed on WhatsApp instead
• No promotional leaflets or branded inserts
• No follow-up marketing material with your name on it

If you want it even quieter

Two things help. Put a reception desk or security cabin in the checkout notes so the handover happens away from your door, and message us on WhatsApp to set a delivery window when you will be the one answering.

Neither changes the price. Both are worth doing if you share a flat.
